On April 21,2018,my friend JunX and I ate oysters at a barbecue shop.Because my tonsils were injured by oysters.AS a result,two weeks later,I was hospitalized because I couldn’t eat and my tonsils were swoollen.On the bed, I felt extremely painful and powerless.Five bottles of liquid medicine every day, from morning to night.I can’t do anything.After two weeks of treatment,I was finally discharged from the hospital.My weight dropped from 128 to 108 kilograms.In order to recover quickly, I started running 5 kilometers every night.From then on,I realized the importance of health and bought myself and insurance policy.
The Interview
After a long period of preparation,starting on April 2018,I began to deliver Alibaba’s position for an interview.Why choose Alibaba not Tencent ? Because I have not choice , only alibaba have the best Java technology which fit what I learned.But non-special interviews will take a very long time.After two months, my interview in the Rookie Logistics Department came to the third round.I can’t stand it any longer.Then I choose Lazada Interview.After a telephone interview,I bought a high-speed
rail ticket from GuangZhou To ShenZhen on Saturday.After five hours of special interview, I finally passed the interview.I remember that at about 10 p.m., when I was approaching the subway entrance, the interviewer sent me his wechat.

That’s great. The moment I received the offer.I believe it must be very important for my life.On August 6, 2018, I officially took up my post，which the ali guys call on-boarding.It is so amazing.I love this feeling.There are so many talented people.Everything is new to me, like a university, which arouses my curiosity and desire to explore new things.

My department is the business department.My Team is mobile team.There are 11 people in my team.My boss is cloudy,Who always takes good care of me, cares about my growth, and cares about my life.From him, I began to learn how to be a leader, how to treat their subordinates, help subordinates grow, let the whole team together, do one thing together.My elder brother call Mark.He is a very excellent guy.He graduated from Nanjing University and studied at Waseda University in Japan.It’s my luck and honor to learn alongside him.He taught me a lot of professional knowledge, and how to be a qualified Ali guy, how to do things.The members of the team are very excellent. I am very happy to learn and grow in such a team when I was young.
